Cowdenbeath Manager Colin Cameron has been in football for 22 years now and he has just seen the last 12 months disappear in a flash however, he was still able to look back on it with a lot of pride. The 39-year-old Blue Brazil Player/Manager was appointed to the Central Park hot seat last May and he remains grateful for the break that the club's former Manager Jimmy Nicholl gave him for a second time in his career.

Ayr United’s 3-2 win over Dundee last Saturday saw them avoid automatic relegation to the Second Division and it also saw the quick fire debut of two more of the pupils from the Ayr United Football Academy.
