he youngest ever player to play in the first team for Clyde, Connor Stevenson, is to be given the chance to earn a deal at newly promoted Albion Rovers after being released by the Bully Wee and advertising his services on the SFL website.
The 18 year old won the SFL Young Player of the Month in April 2010, a year after making his debut in a First Division game against Queen of the South in April 2009 against Queen of the South aged 16 years and 245 days.
Stevenson, who spent a week training with Rangers last October, went on to make 27 starts and 21 substitute appearances, and he recently featured in the Player Availability Programme in a move that alerted Coatbridge boss Paul Martin to him.
