Sons Platinum Club - places available
Tuesday 20th November 2012
The latest prize winners for the Sons Platinum Club were drawn out at the weekend during hospitality in the Chivas Suite and not only did they win cash prizes they are helping develop Stars of the Future.
The Sons Platinum Club that was launched earlier this year was set up to allow up to 250 fans pay a stake of £5 per week, to have a 1 in 250 chance of winning a 1st Prize of £1000, a 2nd Prize of £500 and a 3rd Prize of £250
The club’s Chief Executive Gilbert Lawrie said, “We want to get back to the days where players are brought from Youth football into the first team game by clubs like Dumbarton. Our Youth Policy is extremely important to us as I am sure that is the same for a number of clubs across the SFL.”
“In the last couple of seasons we have managed to bring some players all the way through the Youth system and into the First Team and in order to keep doing that we need to make much more of an investment. That is where the Platinum Club helps.”
Lawrie added, "There is special incentive to join just now as there are 4 £1,000 prizes available for Christmas so it woudl be great to fill the last remaining places in the Sons Platinum Club."
November's draw saw Master of Ceremonies Colin Hosie helped in teh draw by Sons star Chris Turner and the first ticket out of the barrel belongs to Willliam Paterson who wins the £1000 top prize.
£500 goes to Lyndsay Harkiss and the £250 third prize will be collected by James McMartin
