SFA Youth Cup holders Celtic’s defence of the Under-19 trophy against Dunfermline was postponed at the weekend and the sides will try again tomorrow, Wednesday, December 14 with a 12.30pm kick off at Lennoxtown.
In the ties that went ahead Queen of the South did not let their late arrival at Morton due to a cracked bus windscreen put them off too much as they defeated the Greenock youngster 3-2 after extra time.
Dundee United defeated Falkirk 2-1 with all the goals coming in extra time, Livingston defeated Airdrie 6-1 and Montrose went down 4-0 to Stenhousemuir.
The Ayr United and Inverness Caledonian Thistle was also postponed and the clubs will try again this Sunday, December 18 with Aberdeen already through to the quarter-finals after last week’s 4-2 success over Hamilton.
