Scottish Communities League Cup

The First Round of the 2011/12 Scottish Communities League Cup competition will take place within Ravenscraig Regional Sports Centre, Motherwell todat at 2.15p.m.
The First Round of this season's competition will be seeded and will involve 30 clubs comprising all of the clubs which participated in the IRN-BRU SFL First, Second and Third Divisions during the course of season 2010/11. All First Round matches will be played on Saturday, 30th July, 2011.
The Draw will be made by The First Minister, Rt Hon Alex Salmond, MSP, and during the Draw, local school children will be involved in a football coaching session.
For the First Round the thirty lowest placed clubs of The Scottish Football League and The Scottish Premier League at the end of the preceding season, which are not participating in the UEFA. Club Competitions, will play a single tie on the ground of the first named club. This Round will be “seeded” and the “seeds” will be the fifteen highest placed clubs at the end of the preceding season. The fifteen winning clubs will qualify to play in the Second Round.
