Faeroe undergoes surgery

Forfar’s Faeroese internationalist Odmar Faeroe has been ruled out for the next couple of months after undergoing surgery on the knee he injured on international duty last month.
The 22-year-old summer signing from B36 Torshavn was hurt in his national side’s 4-1 defeat from the Republic of Ireland last month in a World Cup Qualifier and Station Park boss Dick Campbell said, “Odmar will be out probably until the New Year which is disappointing as he was settling in really well and beginning to make a name for himself here and in international football.”
“We also have Keith Gibson out long term so it is another sore blow.”
